Today we went up to the mountains around Totogalpa where we met some simple but VERY polite, welcoming & hardworking people; literally living on the breadline. People that are living in retirement homes back in the UK are here forced to work in extreme heat doing hard labour.... some of them are illiterate...
It goes without saying that today was excruciatingly hot hot hot!!!
