The kids here (admittedly not perfect of course) are so nice, polite, open and positive, it's like night and day compared to European children. The major thing besides the culture I think could be access to internet & TV because our European kids are hammered with sex and violence through games and films and as all advertisers know we ARE affected by visual images either we like it or not.
