Another fruitful day.

We could not attend the group today. We simply can not take the chance and maybe miss our current return visits / studies.

So below are some of the highlights this long day....

Started with one of Mily's studies, a very old lady who can't read much at all but we tried to put her at ease by using the "Listen to God" brochure.
She was reluctant in the beginning but we made good use of the KM from last week and this did the trick. We kept it simple and told her it's a chat and mutual encouragement whilst looking into the bible and no tests or pressure.
After talking to her and Mily using a lot of illustrations she could understand what we try to do so she welcomed us back next week. So a very timely KM for us here in Nicaragua.

Then we went to the family in Laz Cruses we been passed and we are now connecting relly well with them; all of us enjoy our regular chats and our company. They might be poor and of little means but they got big hearts and are very hospitable.  The mum promised me coffee next time because I mentioned she made the best coffee I ever tasted in this country since arriving here.

Below an iPhone-shot of the boy in the family, he is a 5 year old happy lad.

After this we rushed to the bus for our next study in Salamasi, there we met again with the 2x young boys (approx 20 years).
These guys might not have all the education we give youngsters in uk, but they are...,
   1. Really smart.
   2. Very respectful and wellbehaved & have a great spiritual interest.
After a brief study we had to break up because they had to go and work again to support their family... We are all looking forward to the next week when we meet again to discuss further.

Finally on the way home and in Totogalpa we came across yet another person who also want to study with us. A 35 year old approx who  works almost 24/7 at the school here which is actually surprisingly big. (He told us they have approximately 1000 students attending).
In any case; he said we must come and see him next Saturday same time for more chats.

It's getting hard now to find time to meet all who want to talk to us ;)

Below a shot on the bus on the ride to Salamasi, yet another example of how much they use gods name in this country, it's literally plastered all over the place here.
